Hope this thread has the same longevity...

In the early 90's Fudd was booking for Ziggy's in Winston Salem, NC. New Years '93 was the only time I saw "The Godfather of Bluegrass".

At least I have a good start...I need to work on my buzz for a minute. Back in a bit. This is all stuff already posted, but I wouldn't have started another thread if I didn't still have a SHIT TON of fresh boards in my vault. Still have boards that nobody else has!

ever heard of the GrooveGrass Boyz? They are this stupid bluegrass/euro-pop band. I bought a CD at a dollar story called "The Rocky Top" CD and they were on there along with Del McCoury.

Pretty funny.

>ever heard of the GrooveGrass Boyz?

Yeah, Del did that a few years ago, and you're right, I'm not real sure what spawned that idea for an album. It is what it is I guess. I have it somewhere.

>may i humbly request more hot rize, new grass revival and seldom scene.

Three of my favorite right there, and I'll start digging for more of that stuff. Guess I should get back to reposting for now.

I have an all acoustic David Byrne set I'll upload in the mean time. HAF!!..

I believe discs 1 and 3 are posted together and disc 2 is in the link just above.

Here's what I have...

disc 3 for sure

Yeah, my bad. It looks like I only posted 2 of the sets and I forget if this one is disc 1 or 2...If you could listen to them and try to tell me which one we're missing, I'll look for it today.

Chris and David disc ?

Yes, I was there. Been friends with Ramsey for years. Been going to The Neighborhood for years. Bernie at The Visulite are great friends. Most people know me by my last name, Piner. Just ask any of the above if they know me, and then maybe we can put our paths together.

>how the fuck do you do this...thanks though

Bluegrass is my life outside of work. Archiving for close to 20 years. Most of the early Magraw Gap shows in circulation came from me and Ramsey. Sad that Magraw Gap was the best band that never made it. They were pioneers of their time.
