in the last week, prices declined almost 6%. biggest drop was for toyota (-20%), becoming the first to sell below face. JB3, Alpine-Sun, MWP, and both Gorge all dropped by 10% or more. Fenway kicks off at 130%. some softening in most other venues, but Deer Creek and Mansfield are holding steady. Fox is still by far the highest premium at more than 800% markup.

Those Camdens should come down further. That looks like a lot of $100 lawns that are not going to sell at that price.

Camden lawns are selling for $100 at a decent rate of about 4-5 per day.

great work. so this is going to be a monday report then?

i have some friends that scored gorge tix for them and us, but they're probably not going anymore. i should just tell them to sell them all on ebay now and i'm sure i can score a two for one on lot, at a minimum.
