On August 7, 2001, Phish Archivist Kevin Shapiro posted the following to the digiphish discussion group:
"The song Trey played first 2/24/01 at Philadelphia is an instrumental rendition of Bob Marley's Small Axe. There is apparently another instrumental arrangement entitled Battle Axe, but that is not what Trey based his cover on and should not appear on the setlists for his shows."
